Hartnell Apartments

Affordable married student housing is located at 2350 Hartnell Avenue in Redding. This modern townhouse complex is just minutes from the Simpson University campus and is ideally located for an easy commute to Central Redding. Each of the townhouses in this 8-unit complex consists of two large bedrooms and one-and-one-half bathrooms.

These roomy married student housing units provide over 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space. Other features include adequate closet and storage space, washer/dryer hookups, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal and stainless steel sink. All townhouses have central heating and air conditioning. In addition, each unit has a carport plus additional open parking. A sliding glass door opens onto an outside patio and yard area.
