Ties with Thailand

Ties with Thailand is a partnership that brings together Simpson University and Christian and Missionary Alliance international workers in Bangkok, primarily working with university students through a coffee shop outreach. The SU community seeks to bless and assist our international workers in the above five, important ways.

Partner Care

We will connect with the Alliance workers in Thailand to discover ways to care for their emotional, spiritual, and physical needs, both while on the field and on home assignment.

Strategic Prayer

Through ongoing contact with the Thailand workers we will discover the spiritual issues and challenges that we can bring before the Father in prayer.

Doing our Share

We will find ways to direct our finances in the most strategic manner to keep our Thailand partner in the work and fulfilling their vision. There will be opportunities on campus to give to the ministries of Tou Lee and Tang Thao.

Going There

We will continue to take opportunities to travel to Thailand and work side-by-side on strategic ministry-advancing projects. Simpson University’s WorldSERVE teams are already involved. Additional trips will deepen our heart connection and spiritual understanding of Thailand.

Staying Aware

We plan to build relationships through emails, Skype calls, and Facebook updates from Thailand. We also hope to stay informed about the current events in Thailand and how God is working.
