When you bring your student to get settled in at Simpson University, there are several opportunities for you to get your questions answered and begin to get connected as part of the SU family. On Friday, Parent Relations staff will be on hand at the Welcome Center, the first stop for you and your student. Take a break at the Parent Oasis while our current students help with move-in. Later that day, you will have opportunity to meet professors at a reception. Saturday begins with a not-to-miss delicious catered breakfast for parents and an afternoon dessert to learn more about how to stay involved with your student through our parents club, Parent Connect.
Parent Weekend - October 16-18, 2015
Each fall parents are invited to spend the weekend on campus visiting their students. Parents are given opportunities to attend classes and chapel with students, fellowship with other parents, meet staff and faculty at an evening reception and challenge other families at a black light miniature golf tournament.
