Traditional Undergraduate Studies Important Dates

September-November

  • Early Action Application (fee waived!): apply at simpsonu.edu/apply
  • Attend a local college fair and financial aid night
  • Take or re-take SAT or ACT tests

December 1: Early Action Deadline

  • Submit updated transcripts and test information
  • Gather tax documents and information in preparation to file the FAFSA

January

  • January 6-7 (Sun-Mon) New Student Orientation
  • File the FAFSA at fafsa.gov

FEBRUARY 15: President's Portfolio Due

  • California residents: submit the Cal Grant GPA Verification Form to your current school of attendance

March 2: Cal Grant Deadline

  • Priority awarding begins (must be accepted and file the FAFSA with SU school code 001291)

April

  • Course registration opens to students who have committed with $100 deposit

May 1: Commitment Deadline

  • Commit to attend Simpson with $100 Advanced Tuition Deposit

Continuing Studies, ASPIRE Important Dates

November 1

  • Early Deposit Advantage Program, submit $100 advanced tuition deposit to qualify for priority awarding

December 13

  • ASPIRE Evening Orientation (6pm)

Graduate Studies - Credentialing Program

November 1

  • Early Deposit Advantage Program, submit $100 advanced tuition deposit to qualify for priority awarding

December 13

  • New Credentialing Student Orientation (5:30-6:30pm)

March 1, 2013

  • Application Deadline for MACP
