Simpson University is dedicated to helping families in Northern California. To accomplish that task we created the NorCal Promise Scholarship to make a four-year private Christian education a reality for those living throughout Northern California.

Residents of the following counties may be eligible for the scholarship:
- Shasta
- Trinity
- Butte
- Lassen
How much is the scholarship?
The NorCal Promise Scholarship awards up to $15,000 a year (up to $13,000 base scholarship and up to an additional $2,000 baseed on financial need). A student can receive up to $60,000 over four years from Simpson University through the NorCal Promise Scholarship program.
Scholarship benefits
The NorCal Promise Scholarship pays the majority of a student's tuition, allowing a student to maximize their federal and/or state aid to pay for the remaining portion of tuition and on-campus housing.
Additional requirements
Recipients of the scholarship must commit to living on campus to experience the benefits of the
Simpson University community
unless approved to live off campus.

All Simpson University scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis to new incoming students only. Student-Athletes receive separate scholarship awards.
