Simpson University Offers Two Christmas Concert Performances

REDDING, Calif. - Due to overwhelming demand, Simpson University’s Music Department will offer two performances of its annual Christmas concert on Sunday, Dec. 6. The event is expected to sell out.
“The Joys of Christmas” will be held at 2 and 5 p.m. inside the Heritage Student Life Center on campus, 2211 College View Drive.
This popular concert features the Simpson Chorale, Trinity Repertory Singers, members of the Shasta Symphony Orchestra, and other Simpson University student ensembles.
The repertoire includes a range of beautiful choral music as well as orchestral works from Baroque masters, including selections from Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 4. As always, the audience will have an opportunity to sing Christmas favorites accompanied by an orchestra.
Admission is $10, $8 for seniors and students. Tickets are available at the door, the Simpson University Bookstore, or online at simpsonu.edu/concerttickets.
