1921 Founders Club
The “1921 Founders Club” was launched in fall 2015 in recognition of the year Simpson was founded - 1921. This special club supports the Annual Student Scholarship Fund for students with financial need. We hope to enlist 1,000 members, who will give $19.21 each week (for a total of $83.24 each month) and commit to pray daily for Simpson.
The university began as Simpson Bible Institute in 1921 in Seattle to promote spiritual growth and prepare students for Christian service, especially foreign missions. Simpson continues to embrace its long-standing motto — “Gateway to World Service” — through well-prepared graduates who are committed to serve in churches, schools, businesses, hospitals and more.
The purpose of this club is to support the Annual Student Scholarship Fund, which helps students with financial need to complete a service-focused Christian education.
Special benefits for members include a quarterly conference call with President Robin Dummer.
