Dedicated to excellent customer service, the Facilities team is committed to meeting the needs of the Simpson University community. Facilities enhances the working and learning community by creating a safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment. In a spirit of Christian service, we fulfill work requests, disperse keys, track utilities, oversee the campus master plan, and manage campus expansion through the construction of new buildings and campus features.
Facilities is the largest student employed department on campus consisting of over 200 students. We provide service in the following areas: buildings, grounds, maintenance, environmental health and safety, recycling, capital projects, the university fleet, and the Emeriti Dining Center.
