Disability Accommodations

Disability Accommodations are available to students with documented disabilities. Accommodations are granted as they relate to the functional limitations caused by the disability. In order to receive accommodations a student must have the diagnosing practitioner complete the Disability Verification form. Any information from testing and past accommodations, in addition to the form, can also be helpful in determining what will provide the best access for the individual student. Disability accommodations are not retroactive, students must self-disclose to disability services in order to receive accommodations. Please contact the Coordinator of the Academic Success Center in the ASC for more information and appropriate forms.
