A Strike Team is comprised of a group of students (staff and faculty), who go out on short term work projects in the community. The teams work with organizations in the Redding area doing things such as deep cleaning, yard work, helping with fundraiser banquets, etc. They also do work with individuals in the community, doing things like yard work, emergency moves, painting etc. Students receive a text or an email with information on what the teams are doing, when they are meeting, and how long it will take. Teams will meet at the cross in the center of campus, sign waivers, and carpool to the location.

Over the past two years, the Strike Team ministry has served the Redding community for over 2500 hours, involving a combined total of more than 900 student and faculty workers.
