M.A. in Organizational Leadership (MAOL)
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program at Simpson University is designed for adult students who are employed and want to apply the theories and skills they learn in real-time. This practical approach is reflected in the hybrid program, which combines online and in-person elements. The 36-credit curriculum, which can be completed within one to two years, allows students to take one or two seven-week courses at a time. This structure ensures a concentrated focus on each course and promotes cumulative learning throughout the program.
The MAOL program, while sharing a core curriculum with the MBA program, offers unique features that set it apart. Specialized seminars in Grant Writing and Budgeting, Organizational Leadership, and Networking and Leader Development provide targeted learning opportunities for those in organizational leadership roles. This unique blend of courses is designed to pique the interest of prospective students, offering a fresh perspective on leadership. The program also guides executives in shifting their leadership approach from ‘purpose-driven’ to ‘values-driven,’ a unique aspect that emphasizes aligning organizational goals with core values and ethical principles.
GREAT LEADERS INSPIRE OTHERS TO DREAM MORE, LEARN MORE, DO MORE, AND BECOME MORE.
