Degree Completion – Business Administration
Program Overview
The Degree Completion Online Business Administration program at Simpson University is designed for adult students who are employed and want to apply the theories and skills they learn in real-time. This practical approach recognizes that an organization’s greatest assets are its people, and the responsibility for retaining and managing those people is a critical component of the workplace. The program teaches the core fundamentals to be successful in a variety of fields, allowing you to learn the dynamics of interactions between organizations and people, and how to manage those dynamics to successfully lead, motivate and manage a professional organization’s resources. The 12-course curriculum, delivered in seven-week online formats, allows working adults to complete their degree without disrupting their current schedule, ensuring a concentrated focus on each course and promoting cumulative learning throughout the program.
Artificial intelligence is integrated throughout the Business Administration curriculum, providing students with practical experience using AI tools for data analysis, decision-making, and business problem-solving. The program emphasizes both the technical aspects of implementing AI solutions in business contexts and the ethical considerations necessary when leveraging these powerful technologies in organizational settings. This preparation ensures graduates can confidently navigate and lead in increasingly technology-driven business environments while maintaining a focus on ethical leadership principles.
