Biography
Michele Anberg-Espinosa is a veteran educator with 35 years of experience serving students and schools in the U.S. and abroad. Her roles have included bilingual/cross-cultural teacher, instructional coach, EFL instructor in Mexico, junior college Spanish instructor, grants coordinator, consultant for the California Department of Education, district administrator, and now professor in the School of Education. A self-described “builder,” Michele is passionate about bridging cultures, developing people and teams, and creating systems that help students thrive.
One of her favorite parts of her work is cheering on students at their games and meeting one-on-one to support them in reaching their goals. Grounded in her faith and global service, she is committed to helping others grow spiritually, discover their calling, and flourish. She is also the proud mom of two daughters, Maya and Mia, and lives life joyfully alongside her two fluffy dogs, Koda and Millie.
