Providing operational support services, our Buildings Department performs day-to-day operations vital to the Simpson community. Our Buildings Department is committed to promoting a clean, safe and sanitary environment conducive to conducting work, academia, or social events.

Grounds

Utilizing a unique collection of native California plants, our Grounds Department creates an appealing environment on our 100 acre campus. Landscaping and maintaining our grounds, athletic fields, and various water features promote a safe and accessible campus that is aesthetically pleasing and conducive to campus life.

Maintenance

Heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and more, our Maintenance Department works to keep building systems operating safely and efficiently. In response to various requests for repairs and improvements, our Maintenance Department interacts daily with students, staff, and faculty.
