The Information Technology department is responsible for procuring, managing, and maintaining all technology related equipment and systems for Simpson University. Our mission is to serve Simpson University according to its mission, vision, and core values by supporting the students, faculty, and staff in the areas of technology. Our goal is to provide high quality, professional service and support to facilitate an optimal user experience for all of our constituents.

Simpson User Account Password Self-Service

To change or reset your Simpson user account password, go to the Password Self-Service Site.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm*
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed
* Office closes at 5 pm, though support is still available by phone or email.
