This experience brings approximately 125 rising juniors and seniors to Simpson’s campus for three days and two nights of leadership training, civic learning, and community building. Designed to introduce students to principled leadership at a formative stage, the program combines hands-on activities, guided discussions, and exposure to a college campus setting. Travel assistance may be available to expand access for students from across the region. The dates for the 2026 Leadership Summit are July 6-8, 2026. Please check back for more details closer to the event.
