Explore your future in counseling through this four-part workshop series for Simpson University’s Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MACP) program.

Whether you’re pursuing the LMFT or LPCC track, these sessions offer practical guidance, hands-on experience, and direct access to program leadership.

Session 1: Application Fast-Track Workshop (Virtual)
📅 March 17 | 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Learn how to complete a strong application, clarify prerequisites, and understand the admissions process. Includes financial aid guidance. You leave with a clear action plan and greater confidence to submit a competitive application.

Session 2: Resume & Admissions Workshop (In-Person)
📅 April 7 | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Build an admissions-ready resume led by the Director of Internships and gain insight into program requirements, application strategy, and next steps. A virtual workshop will be held afterwards by the Admissions Counselor/Program Coordinator of MACP Program to gain clarity on the graduate admissions process.

Session 3: Micro Skills Lab (Virtual)
📅 April 21 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Led by the MACP Clinical Director, experience foundational counseling techniques and explore what clinical training looks like in the MACP program. Gain greater clarity, excitement, and confidence about entering clinical training.

Session 4: Ask the Clinical Director (Virtual)
📅 May 27 | 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Get your questions answered about licensure paths, career outcomes, and what to expect in the program directly from the MACP Clinical Director in an open Q&A format. You will understand your next steps and confidence in your career decision.

Night of Champions

Night of Champions returns to Simpson University for 2026, a dynamic, inspiring evening designed to encourage students and huddles from across the region in their faith, identity, and community. This year’s theme, “Proven,” celebrates the transition from striving to prove yourself to living in the reality of being already proven in Christ – John 15:8 as our guiding verse.

Attendees will enjoy a meal provided on us, interactive huddle activities, uplifting worship, engaging games, and a powerful speaking session by former NFL player and current Simpson football coach Andrew Motuapuaka. Bring your huddle (team, classmates, or youth group) and join us as we create space for connection, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

Whether you’re part of an FCA huddle or coming with friends, NOC 2026 is a free event that highlights community, faith, and the joy of shared purpose.
