Donor Societies

The Gatekeeper Society

Simpson University Gatekeeper Society*The Gatekeeper Society is composed of those who have made an endowment gift to the university. This can be an endowed scholarship or other fund where the assets are invested so that it continues to give in perpetuity.

The Heritage Society

Simpson University Heritage Society*The Heritage Society includes all those who have made provision for the university in a will or estate plan. It can range from a simple notation in one's will, to a charitable annuity, to a charitable remainder trust. The actual arrangement should fit the needs of the donors and their heirs.

The President's Circle

Simpson University President's Circle*The President’s Circle honors those who give $1,000 or more to any fund or program at Simpson University during a fiscal year. Reflecting the many interests and inspirations of our donors, the President’s Circle sustains, strengthens, and advances the life of the campus.

From supporting research and athletics to summer missions and new classrooms, President’s Circle members give from the heart. And although the inspirations and interests are broad, the goal is the same: changing lives.

For the past few years, the university has recognized this special group of supporters as members of the Builders Society, but it was exclusive to the Annual Student Scholarship Fund. Now with a new name and broader vision, the President’s Circle will recognize donors’ generous support for all funds and programs on campus.

* The Gatekeeper Society members, Heritage Society members and President's Circle members are honored at various events including the President's Weekend.
