PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our School of Education faculty are committed to preparing men and women to become highly effective teachers as they guide students to become professional, ethical, and morally responsible educators who motivate, inspire, and excel in their ability to teach students and transform communities.
CREDENTIAL OFFERINGS
- Single Subject Credential
- Multiple Subject Credential
- PK-3 Credential (beginning Fall 2025 subject to CCTC approval)
- Internship Pathway Program
TEACHER CANDIDATE SUPPORT
- Students have the option of completing their credential coursework in-person or online
- Expert faculty bring first-hand educational experience to every course
- Small class sizes allow for more collaboration and hands-on learning
- Begin the program any semester (fall, spring, or summer)
- Traditional student-teaching or paid internship options
*All teaching credential programs in Simpson University’s School of Education are approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) and accredited by the Western Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).
