Simpson University is dedicated to the mission of changing lives across the globe. To accomplish that task we must remember to impact the lives of our own Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) family. This ideal has inspired Simpson University to create The Legacy Alliance Scholarship program to support our church families in making a four-year private Christian education a reality while still serving the world for Christ.

Our desire is to make attending Simpson University an affordable option for as many C&MA families as possible. Scholarships are limited, so apply now.

Who is eligible to apply for the scholarship?

Any interested student must request an endorsement letter from their C&MA pastor or youth pastor that will be attached to The Legacy Alliance Scholarship and Sponsor application.

How much is the scholarship?

The Legacy Alliance Scholarship awards up to $15,000 a year. A student can also receive up to an additional $3,000 a year with the Simpson University Matching Award when a family member, business, or church sponsor commits to providing funds for the student's education at Simpson University. With a full $3,000 annual match from a sponsor, a student can receive up to $84,000 over for years.

Scholarship benefits

The Legacy Alliance Scholarship pays
a majority of a student's tuition and allows a student to maximize their federal student aid to pay for the remaining portion of tuition and residential housing.

Additional requirements

Recipients of the scholarship must commit to living on campus to experience the benefits of the
Simpson University community
unless approved to live off campus.
