Simpson University proudly presents the Scholarship Summit, a celebration of academic excellence, leadership, and student achievement. This special event brings together our scholarship finalists — who are invited to participate in a day of presentations, networking, and recognition — to share their stories and accomplishments. While only contestants receive formal invitations, everyone is invited to attend and cheer on these outstanding students as they showcase their talents and pursue opportunities that will help shape their futures. Fall Preview Weekend 2025
CALLING ALL PROSPECTS, are you looking to broaden your college search? This is the event for you! Join us for our annual Fall Preview Weekend, an opportunity to come live like a Simpson Red Hawk! Sit in on current classes, tour campus, get hosted overnight by current Simpson students and take part in one of our favorite campus life events. The Davenport Derby, is the most anticipated event of the year, and you don’t want to miss it!
Spring Preview Weekend
Spring Preview Weekend offers a unique opportunity to explore campus life at Simpson University.
Your weekend will consist of a tour of the beautiful Simpson campus, chapel service, shadowing a class, partaking in meals in the dining hall, staying overnight in the dorms (optional), meeting professors, working with your admissions counselor, attending the Silent Disco student life event, and MORE!
Students will have the option to stay overnight in the residence halls with a current Simpson student. Check-in for our Spring Preview Weekend will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 28th.

Scholarship Summit
The Simpson University Scholarship Summit is an exclusive gathering designed for academically distinguished students that features enriching preview sessions and professional development workshops, aimed at enhancing career readiness in a dynamic campus environment.
Participants will not only gain invaluable insights but also be eligible for an additional $2,000 scholarship on top of their merit award. Additionally, the Summit presents the unique opportunity to receive a full-tuition Trustee’s Scholarship through scholarship essays. It’s a remarkable chance for students to elevate their academic paths and connect with like-minded peers.

At Spring Preview Weekend you will: Take a tour of the beautiful Simpson campus, attend chapel, shadow a class, have meals in the dining hall, have the choice to stay overnight in the dorms, meet professors, work with your admissions counselor, take part in our student life event, the Silent Disco, and MORE!
Students will have the option to stay overnight in the residence halls with a current Simpson student. Check-in for our Spring Preview Weekend will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1st. Attending this event could qualify you to receive our $1,000 Visit Scholarship.
